Erin Kennedy Dalisay, PT, DPT, OCS

“There’s a need in the running community to understand what actually works when reducing injury risk. So many dedicated runners I speak to don’t know where to start.

There is also fear and anxiety around running injuries because they can keep us from our goals. As a marathoner, I know how many miles, hours, and plans go into each training cycle.

The good news is, most running injuries follow patterns. And when you’re able to identity them, that fear and anxiety goes away.

Although we cannot completely prevent injuries (just like we cannot predict the future!) we can build in systems to our training that reduce the risk significantly. One of those important systems is ensuring we have enough mobility to support single leg form while running.

That is why I created the Runner’s Checklist Course.”
