Understanding your running form can help you customize your strength training, shoe choice, warm up drills, and so much more!
As a physical therapist and expert in running injuries, I have done the research when it comes to a analyzing your running form. I can help you understand what’s important and how to utilize your analysis to best serve your goals.
When you purchase a Virtual Gait Analysis, you’ll receive instructions for submitting your videos directly to me.
After submitting your videos, you’ll receive:
A detailed analysis of your running form
1-2 Specific-to-you drills for your warm ups
3-4 Exercise recommendations to include in your strengthening
Once you’ve submitted your videos via email, please allow up 3-5 business days to receive your analysis results.
NOTE: Recording on a treadmill is strongly preferred. However, if you do not have access to one, you may record (or ask someone to record) your videos outside.
